Dr. Ben Cyphers grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Robert Morris University. He went on to complete his Doctor of Optometry degree and Master of Vision Science at The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2021.
Following optometry school, Dr. Cyphers completed a contact lens residency at The Ohio State University. Here he trained with esteemed clinicians at Ohio State in the management of corneal disease with specialty contact lenses.
Dr. Cyphers continues to work at The Ohio State University College of Optometry as a clinical preceptor, training third and fourth year optometry students giving patient care in the college’s clinic.
In 2023, Dr. Cyphers completed his Fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry, distinguishing him as committed to continued learning and a high standard of patient care.
